5. Foreign Relations
Receptions in foreign ports are held on board HMC Ships to build relations with local dignitaries. Lieutenant Commander Doug Bancroft gives a tour of the Machinery Control Room to Rear Admiral Mendoza, Commander of the 12th Naval Zone in Mexico.
