"As a veteran of the last war, this Officer has put his very best efforts into organizing sports and instructing for over four years during the present war. His manner and ability have been of distinct value in educating recruits and assisting them in Naval custom. He is now carrying out the duties of Senior Counsellor and is zealously assisting the same personnel to re-establish themselves back into civilian life."
