Royal Canadian Navy Welcomes Vice-Admiral Dan Charlebois as New Commander

Vice-Admiral Dan Charlebois officially took command of the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) during a formal change of command ceremony at His Majesty’s Canadian Ship (HMCS) Star in Hamilton, Ontario.
