Remarks

Named after Sub-Lieutenant Margaret Brooke, a Royal Canadian Navy Nursing Sister who heroically attempted to save fellow nursing sister Agnes Wilkie during the tragic sinking of the ferry SS Caribou off Newfoundland, during World War II.
